Responsibilities:

3. Be responsible for the quality of ex factory products to ensure that they meet the established acceptance standards or special requirements of customers;

4. Organize the formulation and implementation of relevant product and raw and auxiliary material acceptance standards, production site health standards, semi-finished products, intermediate product acceptance specifications and other standards, and review the work;

5. Do a good job in the quality training of the company's grassroots staff, and gradually improve the quality and quality awareness of the company's grassroots management personnel;

6. Guide, supervise and verify the effective operation of the management system to ensure the effective operation of the system

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, light chemical or food major is preferred;

2. more than 5 years of quality management experience in flavor and fragrance industry or food industry and 2 years of department management experience.

3. Rich experience in system management and certification;

4. Good communication and problem solving skills.
